A representative from "NBZ" will inspect your facility on a regular basis to ensure our cleaners are performing their duties exceptionally well, as well as offering feedback as to what additional work may be needed to make your facility look its absolute best. We in turn will contact you on a regular basis to follow up and ensure that you are pleased with our cleaning services and work with you through constant communication to keep your facility the best it can be.
Staff, Equipment, Machinery & Chemical
Our highly skilled cleaners are hand-selected and trained in all aspects of the cleaning industry. Each employee goes through a background check prior to employment and is placed in a facility conducive to their individual talents and personality. All "NBZ" cleaners wear uniforms for identification as well as for safety and security purposes. Complete equipment, chemical, machinery including training & logistic support.
Quality Control
Ensuring complete customer satisfaction is our ultimate goal. At "NBZ", we accomplish this goal by monitoring the performance of each of our employees. Depending on the size of the facility, we may appoint an onsite supervisor to coordinate the duties of all of our employees on that site and check their work on a daily basis. For smaller facilities, a mobile crew inspects the facility to ensure quality.
